Tom Haas and his team are professional, personable and highly competent. They recently came the morning I called and I was up and running within an hour of their arrival. Our family has done business with Tom snd Executive Air for many years. Whether it’s purchasing a new Air Conditioner, having one repaired or just twice yearly preventive maintenance they ALWAYS give 100% and go the extra mile to provide excellent service! Tom and his company are a real asset to Charlotte County!
Our Air Conditioner went out on a 92 degree day with 80% humidity. Executive gave a same day window of 6-8pm. I was happy about same day service. The tech was actually EARLY and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Tech, Charlie H. was polite and patient with my crazy rescue dog. Very happy customer! Service: HVAC system repair
