Kuykendall Roofing

We have only heard good things from neighbors who used this company to get a new roof or other services. After Hurricane Ian blew through, we had soffit and fascia damage. I must have called about 35 companies. We only got 5 or 6 estimates and they varied widely. We were too nervous about hiring unfamiliar companies so we were thankful that Kuykendall Roofing took us on. They were very responsive to our timeframe, the installers did a very good job and the price was very fair in our opinion. I have to be honest when it comes to recommending companies and this is one outfit with integrity, skill and customer service that will see you through and will be there for you. Kuykendall in my opinion is the best roofing company in the area. They started July 1st tearing off my old roof and had it all dried in that day. July 2nd Charlotte County approved my “dry in” inspections. Noon time the shingle crew showed up, ate lunch and finished my roof by 5:00.When I say finished up they were completely done with clean up and everything. You couldn’t tell they were here other than the color of the new roof. They were so professional and polite it was a pleasure having them here. I was so totally impressed I would recommend them to anyone. I got two other estimates, but I was not impressed by the other companies and there prices were much higher. I don’t like being pressured in sales. Kuykendall gave me a price over the internet and only wanted to meet if I had questions. If I ever need another roof they would be my definite choice.

We got a metal re-roof from Kuykendall in Dec 2020. Everyone at the company was extremely professional and respectful of our property. When some of the workers accidentally left some dunnage (packing debris) next to our house, as soon as Kuykendall found out about it, they had a truck there to pick it up within the hour! Had no problems with the wind mitigation company or the county inspector. And the best part of all: during the ultimate test - recent Hurricane Ian - our metal roof HELD while both houses directly across the street lost their shingle roofs. The metal roof was more expensive than shingles, but so worth it! Thank you, Kuykendall, for helping save our home!
