This place is a dump. The elderly woman at the desk was unpleasant. It took a week for the repairman to look at my pressure washer. He found the problem but the manufacturer ( Ryobi) couldn't get the necessary part for 3-4 weeks! It was still under warranty so Ryobi sent me a new washer. Took 4 weeks total.

Allen's installed the generator at my home before I bought it. I had them service the NG generator several times over the past few years. I had an appointment for service at 10am, scheduled many days in advance. They didn't show up, never called, I had to call them twice to find out why they weren't here. First call was at noon, and the person that answered the phone just said "Allen" in a voice like I was annoying him, maybe the owner? The 2nd call at 3:40 PM, they decide to inform me that they need to reschedule for another time. I said "no thanks." If I have to call them to ask why they are late or never coming, they clearly don't want my business or yours if you are reading this review. In addition, they use a mediocre auto battery in their service. I bought my own from Advanced Auto Parts and it has lasted way longer - three years and still going now that I need to find someone else to service the generator.

Operated by rude trashy people, will leave you waiting weeks for a response and act as if your bothering them by simply trying to follow up. WOULD NEVER GO HERE only due to warranty coverage was I forced to bring my tool here.
