Called Hot2Cold for an estimate to repair a very expensive component. Brennan came out and immediately put me at ease with his calm demeanor and personable approach. He performed a thorough inspection of the outdoor unit. He explained each step of the process as he went. At the conclusion of the service, he reviewed the tasks he performed and gave me an estimate of cost to repair. Coming in way under previous quoted costs, I was impressed with Hot2Cold being more concerned with the customer's comfort over making money.
