Had a wonderful experience using this company. Chris was amazing! Our water heater went out over Thanksgiving break and we needed a new one. Called different places and decided to go with Reliable Basement and Drain LLC and so happy we did! They were super helpful, professional, on time, and great pricing. We had a serious water leak on the first floor ceiling over the wknd and called Reliable Plumbing for help. Mike was able to come and figure out the issue with toilet leaking upstairs and any questions I had he was patient answering any concerns. We have a home warranty we could have submitted claims to take a look but didn’t want to deal with waiting and hassle of making sure they found the right contractor. Extremely pleased with Reliable. We have a 5 year old water heater that was leaking natural gas at the control. Rather than come out and recommend a new water heater, John advised to contact State for the replacement part as it was still under warranty. We immediately worked with State to pickup the part locally and within 3 hours John actually came back at the end of his day to make the repair.
