Cassidy has been awesome in dealing with my issues with the a/c not performing properly. From my salesman, Mike Banks, to the field supervisor, Jason Wright, who was here yesterday and sent who must be their best technician, Rob today. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and the unit is performing properly. We’ve been John C Cassidy customers for years. They’ve always been so great. Everyone is so kind and helpful from the person that does the scheduling to the technicians. Recently our AC stopped working, of course it happened in the evening, but they sent Rob out right away to take a look. He was so professional and honestly so kind. Our ac was frozen solid so it needed time to thaw before the coils could be cleaned. So we requested Rob again for the cleaning. He came today and went above and beyond. Such a hard worker. And we are so thankful to have our ac working properly again especially in this summer heat. Not to mention the savings we will have on our electric bill! I highly recommend this company.
