Mechanical Air Conditioning

Have been using Mechanical A/C for 13 years. Found that as a company they have been very good. However, their most recent service call just blew me away. They have obviously installed new software and procedures that, in my opinion, have elevated them to the top of the list in customer service. My A/C failed about 10:30 last night. I called their phone number knowing that I would be able to leave a message for them when they came to work this morning. To my surprise I got an immediate text response with an appointment for the next morning. At approximately 7:30 this morning I got another text to tell me that a technician is enroute to my house. By 9:30 Kyle, the tech, had the unit up and running. I have always found that their technicians are well trained. And they like working for their company. I have used them for over 15 years and have mostly been very satisfied. Sometimes an inexperienced technician doesn’t quite meet up to their standards and mine.
