I would give 0 stars if I could. I have used Mechanical AC in the past and they were wonderful. I have an old mini-split system that I had them come out and temporarily repair before I needed to buy a new one. I called back to have them come out and give me a quote on a new system and the lady on the phone was about as rude and impatient as it gets. After the second time she snapped at me, I told her, "Never-mind, thank you" and hung up. I hate to end a relationship with a company that I have been happy with previously but human decency or the lack thereof goes a long way... Service: HVAC system repair

I recently had to replace my A/C system after 13 years. I contacted Mechanical Air Conditioning through their manager Jason Wood. I have known Jason quite awhile from when he was with another company. Jason came out to the house and gave me a quote for a full replacement giving me several options. I also needed a new air handler stand/intake because the one that was there was falling apart. I chose a new Daikin Fit unit because of its ability to run at various speeds. Within three days of signing the finance paperwork Jason had the unit and an installation crew at my house. The installation went smoothly and the techs were friendly and very neat and clean. This unit works so much better than the old one and cools more consistently with the variable speed function and reduces the humidity. One additional benefit is how quiet both the outside and inside equipment is, almost silent. Bottom line I can highly recommend Mechanical A/C for any of your air conditioning needs. Service: Install
