STAY AWAY - PERHAPS AT ONE TIME THEY WERE A REPUTABLE COMPANY- NO LONGER Once they have your deposit you cease to exist. They don't answer their phone! You can't leave a VM because the box is always full They do not reply to Email. Faxes are rejected. A neighbor experiencing similar problems finally got through and was told that their communications were down due to IT problems. (Their installation date was 6 weeks ago problems. ONSITE VISIT TO OFFICE TO CHECK IF THE COMPANY WAS STILL IN BUSINNESS. 7/17 A visit to their offices trying to obtain insurance forms and to see if the company was still in business, confirmed they are a bunch of liars. The Secretary said she had been sick for a week therefore no VM replies, IT systems issues not a problem. She insisited they requisite info had been provided.
