Gulfstream Cooling

I've been using Gulfstream for a number of years. Last year I received an offer from another company that was so cheap it was hard to say no. I got what I paid for. Yesterday my unit stopped cooling and I IMMEDIATELY called Gulfstream. Value, reliability, responsiveness and great people to work with. You can't beat the best. I learned my lesson. In today's world of almost constant disappointment in service providers, Gulfstream Cooling is a breath of fresh air (pun intended). When our nearly 20-year-old ac finally gave up the ship, I did extensive research/due diligence, and requested several quotes. Mike from Gulfstream was the first to come down, and I was so impressed that I signed the papers and canceled the other quotes. As expected, the install was a breeze (pun intended, again). The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Since install, we've had one service call and again we were blown away (final pun) by their prompt response, accurate diagnosis, and quick repair. They were unfortunately fully booked so I had to go with another company as I needed a new a/c unit in a hurry, but Mike Whitney took the time to advise me and put my needs before profit! I am so grateful and would definitely use their services in the future.
