Action Air Of Sarasota

Lou came out today to investigate why our FPL bill is so high. He found several small issues & fixed them. He spent 2 hours reviewing our 2 AC systems, vents, rooftop handlers etc. This service was offered free of charge so we could assess Action as a new vendor for our AC systems ! We feel we should pay Action for sending a very qualified tech out to check out our equipment. Lou earned the fee & we plan to send a check!

So grateful to have learned about the services of Action Air of Sarasota. After being severely overcharged by another company, I was keen to find a company that was ethical, fair and did good work. We encountered a problem with our unit and Action Air of Sarasota responded promptly and delivered great service at a fair price. Glad their number is stored in my phone for the next time we have an AC issue. Highly recommend!

They are located on Bee Ridge Rd. in Sarasota and respond reliably and timely. They are large enough to be able to respond quickly but small enough to give personal service. Their text notification system keeps you informed as to the status of the tech as he is completing his prior job and his estimated arrival time. The updates allow you to plan your day and you don't have to sit around waiting. When they arrive on the scene, the techs are knowledgable and friendly. I like to hover and watch the techs. They explained the problem and got the AC back up and running quickly with a very reasonable repair. They didn't try to upsell me or sell a new system.
