We needed to replace our 2 AC units. The sales and service from Arctic Air were GREAT! Daniel, the sales associate, explained the various options and worked with us to meet our needs. Arturo and Armando, the installers, were amazing. They made sure we understood everything, and that it all worked properly before they left. They also took great care to put down drop cloths to ensure our floors and carpeting were protected.

I just used Arctic Air for the first time! I was very impressed with their professionalism and service knowledge. I spoke to Julie in the Office who was helpful with scheduling and answering questions and Jorge was the respectful knowledgeable efficient clean serviceman who did great work at my home and diagnosed and repaired my problem. Arctic exceeded my expectations. The warranty company responsible for my AC said they would not be available for at least 3 days. My AC was broken and my home was 93 degrees. Arctic, was willing to come out the same day and fix the unit. Their communication process is amazing. You get emails and texts explaining that someone is scheduled and when someone’s about to arrive with a picture and follow up to make sure everything went well. I will be signing a service contract with them for the future
