My initial call to Bolt Electric left me with an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding. My appointment date and time was confirmed. I was sent a text the night before with information on the Tech with his photo and phone number. and the time he would be arriving. Jonathan Castor Lead project Manager showed up on time. Very professional. I want a 30 Amp added to my home Jonathan answered every question I had. My follow up appointment was made for install to be completed on the day I needed it. I am so pleased with everything from the first call to completion. They went above and beyond to help me. I call Jonathan a Guardian angel. 5 Stars for me is not enough to give. I give 100+ stars.
