CRM South Roofing Solutions

On two occasions, CRM South Roofing Solutions successfully repaired leaks in our roof. Subsequently, another service company was on the roof and noticed that it had not been completely cleaned up following the repairs. We contacted CRM and they sent a crew to address the problem. The crew spent several hours reviewing and cleaning up the earlier work and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to use CRM again. I had moisture on my floor. At first, we suspected it may be coming from the roof. Mike and Mike checked the roof and found nothing wrong. They made some suggestions as to other issues that might be causing the problem. They were very honest, they did not need to do any repairs, and no charge for the visit. I will definitely call them for future inspections or repairs.

I don’t do reviews often but felt obliged to for CRM and specifically John Tyson. While going through the process of looking at metal roofs, John was informative and professional. John provided a fair and reasonable quote around a roof based on the wants/needs of my wife and I. With that said, we decided to take on the task with a friend who is experienced with roofing. What speaks to most to John and CRM is that even after informing John of my decision, he was fully supportive and even went on to provide me with advice and things I need to do to make sure I was going about it the right way. IMO this was by no means was this a shallow attempt to discourage my decision but rather to simply provide help. If I hadn’t had the resource of a friend with experience, I would have moved forward with John and CRM.
