Sam from Good Karma Air was absolutely amazing! He was at my house within 30 minutes of the service call. He got to the root of the problem quickly and repaired it at a reasonable cost! He even checked out the rest of the unit to make sure nothing else looked like it would give me a problem in the near future. I would definitely recommend and use him again myself!
