Ocean Air Conditioning

I had water pouring out of my AC unit in my house , and they wasted no time prioritizing my problem. Highly recommend. The HVAC technician approached the situation levelheaded and professional. I believe his name was Tucker. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again ! Service: A/C system repair

I scheduled my annual maintenance/service visit. The technician, Arsen, called on his way and arrived promptly. He was thorough and discovered an electrical supply issue with my unit. He discovered it by doing a current check on the unit. I am not sure this is the correct technician "terminology." But I was watching him and he took me down to the where the exterior breaker box supplied the unit. Upon opening the box there was obviously an issue with the connection which I could even see. The interior of the box was actually beginning to deteriorate. It appeared to me to be an "accident waiting to happen." If not discovered by the technician it could of become an issue when I was gone for the summer since I am a snowbird. This IS the purpose of a maintenance visit. He needed to order the box and told me that I would be his first visit the following day. He called at 8:30 a.m. and arrived at 9:00 a.m. and fixed the issue.
