Plumbing Today

Called Plumbing Today for help with low water pressure. Expecting to have to wait several days, they sent a tech that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Service fee was very reasonable and the tech informed me that a coupon was available to further reduce the cost. I’m very satisfied and I highly recommend them.

This is a follow-up from my previous review from a few days ago. We called Cool Today to have someone check on the work done last Fri by a young man (and his trainee) since the water in the shower was not flowing properly. An older man, Michael, came and checked to see what was going on and my husband was watching. As Michael open the water spout, my husband said a piece of rubber popped out. The young man that came earlier did not check to see if any debris was left in the pipe. That piece of rubber was causing the issue with the water flow. Obviously the young man needs to be thorough in making sure there is no debris left before putting things back together. Please train your young men well, BEFORE letting them service people's plumbing. And suggest that trainees be trained by very experienced plumbers otherwise, they will make similar mistakes! The Cool Today staff that came to my home were very professional, courteous, and polite. They showed respect for my home and answered all of my questions with very informative answers. Also, the phone and scheduling staff were very helpful. The follow up calls, emails and text messages kept me very well informed with appointment reminders and the ETA of the plumbers and the electricians. Great customer service and support.
