Select Power FL

I have owned a Select Power installed Generac generator for 3 years. It has failed miserably and while still under warranty they have refused to repair or replace it. In addition, they do not even respond to telephone calls. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Select Power was very responsive to my call. My generator did not work when Ian hit after just being serviced by another company. This other company installed a new battery, but it was the WRONG type of battery and when called upon did not work. Select Power came out, installed the correct battery and serviced the generator. They also discovered that I needed a new relay switch at one of my transfer switches, so even if my generator would have worked during Ian, I still would not have had any power as I also had a bad relay switch. They diagnosed the problem quickly and installed the new relay. Because of their responsiveness and the efficient manner in which they repaired my unit I am going to establish an Annual Contract with Select Power to maintain my equipment going forward. Purchased and installed generator by Generac. I made appointments with six different companies. None showed up. Then I was referred to this company by the Generac. They were on time and completely professional. In case that’s not enough, their price was reasonable and competitive.
