Absolutely phenomenal service!! I woke up to find my AC was not working in the middle of August on a Friday! Ughhhh!! Bob and team arrived at my house within 30 mins and immediately determined the root cause and had my AC up and running. Setting up regular maintenance with SRQ AC going forward. This is a local company… did not have to wait on hold or deal with a call center. Such a breath of fresh air!
SRQ A/C installed a new A/C system for us and completed it on time at a reasonable price. When I had a manufacturer warranty issue they responded quickly and took care of it at no charge. Great customer service!
