While staying at an AirB&B when out of town for work, the A/C went out. After contacting the management, Streamline Heating and Air repairman, Quinten, was out to look at the unit the very next day. He provided great customer service, awesome communication skills, and a diligent work ethic. He got our unit working again in a timely fashion. Thank you all for your great service! HIGHLY recommend Clayton. My first experience with Clayton was when a different company came out for a service call to one of my rentals. That company told me there was nothing he could fix and they needed an a/c replacement. I had tenants there at the time and really couldn't take "we can't fix it" for an answer. So I called Clayton, and of course Clayton agreed that it need replacement but he was able to fix it temporarily, in return the owner of the property did use him to install new equipment. I always recommend him, he is definitely not a typical "sales" man A/C guy. He is 100% trust worthy and anytime people are looking for a/c services I recommend him! Called Streamline and had Clayton come to our home to look at our A/C unit, it wasn’t blowing air as cold as it it usually does, especially since it was in the summer time, very quickly fixed the issue and had air blowing nice and cool. Clayton offered to come out again if we ran into any more problems, very courteous and professional service. I will definitely have this business service our AC on any future problems.
