I did my research and contacted three local roofing companies with great BBB ratings and online reviews. Tadlock was the most responsive and gave me the best price. As my construction date neared, my sales representative left the company. Justin Lassiter, the branch manager, personally took on my project and communicated with me every step of the way. As with any project, there were a few things that didn't quite go right. Justin addressed everything quickly with professionalism. We contracted with Tadlock after contacting several other local roofing companies. They met with us in person, provided a detailed estimate of work to be done and made it easy to sign the required documents remotely, including the notary for the permit required. Once the paperwork was complete, the materials were delivered within a couple of weeks and the crew showed up and started on time the next day. They were professional, cleaned up after each work day and finished in 3 days (plus a day for the inspection to get done). They then did a very thorough job walking the yard and cleaning up before leaving after the roof was complete. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them.
