I just bought a home with an existing a/c unit and used a different a/c company that the previous owner used and they tried to scare me into a whole new unit. Ultimate Air came out and promised me I did not need to replace my unit! They thoroughly checked out my home, duct work, unit, filters and with their professional opinion said I didn't need a new unit. I thank them because just moving in I am bleeding money!
