I had my roof replaced after the hurricane in florida. I dealt with a salesperson named Richard Adamson. He is, in my opinion, one of the best people that you could ever have to represent your company. He is honest and sincere in his efforts to help the customer. He always followed up, always communicated, and was always there anytime I called. I have already referred him to three or four other people in my neighborhood. I highly recommend Richard and Universal Roofing to anyone that needs a new roof. Fair pricing and quality work are two of the biggest attributes of this company. Service: Roof installation

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, however I feel it’s important to note that working with Universal Roofing was exceptional. Dealing with Richard Adamson was an outstanding experience. He readily showed genuine interest in getting the job done and not trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. The upfront explanation of how the roofing estimate is done in conjunction with my insurance was key. A roof is a big investment. If you are looking for someone that will take the time to explain a contract in detail or answer your call when you have a question or doubt, Richard is your man. The entire experience was a thousand fold better than I feared it would be. From the sales rep., Mike Emrich, to all of the folks handling the paperwork and most importantly the amazing gentlemen who worked so hard to replace my roof. Everyone experts at their jobs. Always courteous and professional. Plus a project manager, mine was Alan Talbot, who came by daily to up- date me on progress of work done and exactly what to expect throughout the entire process. Just so happy I chose Universal!!!!
