I highly recommend this company for all you’re AC needs. My under 1 year old AC that was installed by another company stopped blowing cold air. We called Family Heating and Air and they sent Christopher out to our house to fix the issue. He was very informative and offered his expertise willingly and with great professionalism. 2months after maintenance visit. Float went bad and flooded garage..Husband and neighbor cleared line. They came out next day knowing it was bad float. None on truck. Left stating he had to come back he was leaving early. 2:30 mind you. No contact next day. I had to call at lunch time secretary didn’t know what I was talking about. Repair man stated he would fit me in between others. Price for part was 400% markup He lied on the paper work stating he found clogged line and cleared it. Will not use again even though I have maintenance agreement and had recommended them in past. They got 5 new complete systems from me. I hired this company last spring for a semi annual service contract. They supposedly scheduled an appointment for my 2nd in October but no one ever called to confirm or come out. I called in January when I realized, as I myself am a busy working woman…to have the person tell me that the office wasn’t open (at 330pm on a Friday) and they’d call me back Monday…with no call back. I remember to call today and get told the same thing except that she wanted me to call her back Monday. She’s RUDE and completely uncaring that I paid her company for an annual contract last April and they did not fulfill their contract…should have known better considering they’re a sub contractor of GHO homes and all their subs lack any form of true customer service with poor business ethics…!
