Joe has been my family’s plumber for two decades. He has fixed or replaced the water heater, toilet, garbage disposal, faucets and located leaks. He has given much good advice over the years. He diagnoses the problem and then explains what needs to be done in layman’s terms. He gives you the cost of the job before he does the work and also lets you know if something can wait or if it has to be done right away. I really appreciate that as I live on a fixed budget. Had A+ Plumbing out today, on a non emergent repair. He told me he would be here between 10 and Noon. He arrived at 9:48. He was not only on time but, a few minutes early. He made the repairs on the pipes I needed as well as a minor reroute of piping, got it all done in about 45 minutes. His rates were very reasonable. He and his helper were very friendly. I would trust this plumber with my wife or my daughter calling him and being home alone when the did the work. Thanks guys, for doing business with us today.
