Clean Air Duct Cleaning

This company should be ashamed of their business practice. I contacted them on Tuesday and explained we had a system in A house we are rehabing that hadn't been used in years and we were getting a new AC unit installed Wednesday and wanted the ducts cleaned. They gave a price of $360 which was about the same as a couple others I contacted. Their Google reviews were high so I hired them for Wednesday afternoon. JJ arrived and went in the house and stated it's been smoked in. They wouldn't do it for the quoted price. Instead he said they could sanitize it for $150 and come back Friday to clean or they could do it today for an additional $300 because they couldn't reuse the filter. I went and talked to my wife who said we have to have it cleaned today because we have a new AC so reluctantly we had to go with the extra $300. If there was a possible extra charge of $300 they should have mentioned it while chatting about the price. They mentioned the sanitation for $150 but no ment
