The owner came to give an estimate for a dead tree removal and trimming of a large palm in our backyard. We also have 4 palms in the front, 2 of which he said could use 1 or 2 fronds removed. The two workers showed up later, and were confused about what trees to work on. I pointed out the 2 in front, and led them to the back to show the dead tree and the palm. I went back inside to work and 4 or 5 hours later, they told me they were done and leaving, but when I looked at the work, they had trimmed 2 of the trees out front that didn't need it, and hadn't touched the big palm in the back (the one that I wanted done most). I reminded them of that one, and they spent the next 10 minutes arguing with each other and on the phone, then went back and did a shoddy 10 minute job on the palm and left. When I talked to the owner, he blamed the team lead and said he might be able to have someone out at the end of the week, but I never heard back from him. They did a great job removing the dead tree
