Rob and Keith did an excellent job. They were very courteous and professional and pleasant. They answered my questions and made suggestions to me. I have used this company for a few years now and have absolutely no regrets!! Rob even helped my husband when he fell and couldn't get up. Thank goodness he was there when my husband needed him!! I called Rob, the owner of Radco, Inc. on a Sunday afternoon to have the heating element changed on my Maytag dryer. He was very professional on the phone and said his repairman, Keith, could come out to my home the same day. Keith called about 30 minutes before arrival. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it within an hour. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the repair. Thank you for a great experience!
Very pleased with our service today! Nothing like no air and 90 degrees in the house for 2 days. When they arrived, they got it fixed fast. Very kind and friendly, too!! Very fair price!!
