DO NOT USE RELIABLE PLUMBING. THEY INSTALLED FAUCETS. THE DIVERTER DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. WHEN YOU DIVERT TO SHOWER YOU GET LITTLE WATER FROM THE SHOWER AND LOTS OF WATER FROM THE TUB SPOUT. WHEN I CALLED, TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM, JOANNE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES. NO ANSWER. FINALLY THE NEXT DAY, I SPOKE WITH JEFF WHO STATED THE SHOWER IS WORKING JUST AS IT SHOULD AND REFUSED TO FIX IT. I PAID 1,155 DOLLARS FOR A BOTCHED JOB. Where to start... I hire this company to do the plumbing on a new home that I contracted because I thought he was a friend. Right from the beginning it was a nightmare but I was committed. Every single pipe that came thru the slab was wrong. Water pressure stinks because of all the 90 degree elbows to repair the terrible job from pipes coming out of slab in the wrong place. I had to repair most of his mistakes myself because he would argue with me. The first week in house I had to replace a toilet seal. I did not get a quote from him first because I thought he was a “friend”. His price was 5000.00 higher than anyone else. Every other subcontractor that worked on my home got a good chuckle out of his workmanship.The reason for this review is that I just spent my Sunday afternoon repairing a kitchen sink faucet because it came loose from the granite sink because the nut and washer were not installed correctly. Now get this... as I am under the sink repairing faucet, I bumped the insinker
