My A/C went out at night so I requested an appointment online for the following day. I was contacted at 815am and told the first available technician wouldn’t be available until 2pm. The technician arrived at my house around 1015am, assesses my unit and completed repairs within 30 minutes. I would definitely use Senica again and refer them to a friend. Beck Hammett came to my location before he said he was going to. He then evaluated the problem and gave me two different options for the repair. I chose the lesser one and told him I was going to call his office tomorrow and get a quote on a new system, so he gave me his card with the local number which I will call tomorrow.
