We were highly satisfied with the purchase of our air conditioner and the installation done by Air Bros. The owner, Ricky, came out to sell us the unit, he sent two workers to install the unit and the owner came out after the job to ensure we were satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend this company for your AC needs. They are professional, reliable and trustworthy. We shopped around before deciding on Air Bros and we couldn't be happier with our decision. I called late on a Friday afternoon and Ricky immediately responded that he could stop by in about 30-40 minutes. Not only did he show up when he said he would, he didn't rush to get out of there (after what I'm sure was a long, hot week for him). He fixed our issue, answered all of our questions, and even checked out some other items to reassure us that our AC was good and not on its last legs. I highly recommend Ricky & Air Bros. So much good to say about this place. Communicative, informed, professional. Hired them for a quote to inspect my unit and had a detailed quote in hand directly after my appointment ended. I see why the reviews are glowing. Got an appointment next day and the communication was 10/10 when i was on my way to meet at the property. Jared is an asset to the team. Will update after work is complete but i expect great things from the first impression.
