7th update - techs are still very friendly and professional. Unfortunately the sales person put 3 ton in a 1740 Sq ft house for 15,000 and it can’t cool any room below 78 between 3:30-10pm )as a nerd trying to figure out issue, have showed them 3rd party thermometer and hygrometers indicating system is failing after 44 days of readings - vents cool at 63 degrees (via infrared thermometer at all 10 vents) when outside temp is 80 degrees or higher (first call was to seal 1/2” gap between box and air handler - never a good sign for expecting quality and enjoyed dust/gas fumes from garage). Still highly recommend them for ONLY REPAIR, the Repair Techs doing warranty work are great -BUT, unfortunately, had them (different ones) out 4 times to address installation issues in first 30 days and 7 months later still having techs )3 more) come out to get the house to cool under 78 on most days. They need to have someone inspect sales installations - we all make mistakes and that’s all they nee

I recently had a HACS unit installed and I can only give praises. The job was done in a timely manner. The quality of the work is excellent. The technicians were constantly explaining their work and what was being done. It was the cleanest job I’ve ever seen. When they were done and the county inspector came when he saw the air handler how clean and organized it was he said he didn’t have to look any further. He had never seen such a clean installation. I have to give the credit to Angel. His professionalism is unmatched. We need more techs like him. They installed everything promised. I would definitely recommend ????.

Poor system sales rep; he did not add the correct filter to the installation order and would not return my calls. Poor installation performance; failed inspection because of complete separation of the exhaust seal due to inadequate workmanship. Also the drain pan was incorrectly oriented. After completion the installers did not fully test the performance. I turned on the heater 7 months after the installation and it did not work. The repairman found a valve had been wired wrong disabling the cool to heat switching. Good quality maintenance; they were very personable and efficient the three visits required to correct the installation defects. Service: Install AC
