Duncan Electrical Service are very professional, thorough and thoughtful. They take pride in their work and made a conscious effort to work with me to best suit our needs. We had them install an electrical vehicle charging station recently. After the install was done The tech stuck around so I could start the EV charging station and test everything out.

They were fantastic! We had two plugs installed in the crawl space for a dehumidifier and a sump, after a full encapsulation was finished. Their customer service was great - they answered the phone immediately, and called me to let me know when they would arrive. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and did the job perfectly. They even explained what they were doing. I would definitely recommend Duncan Electrical Service and will be using them again!

This was the second time we have had Duncan Electrical Service out to repair an electrical issue and once again their service was timely and professional. The team analyzed the problem and had us up and running in no time. He also addressed a faulty surge protector issue and replaced the damaged one. That may ultimately save us hundreds of dollars.
