Buyer beware.I just had the worst, most unprofessional experience with this business. When Ty came to do the estimate, he could not have been nicer. I needed a safety wall installed in my loft to keep my two toddlers safe. He gave me a bid that I felt was quite high ($3,000) but I needed the safety wall so I agreed. We agreed he would come on a Friday and Saturday to get the job done. Two days prior he let me know he needed to come by to take a measurement. I am a single mom of two toddlers so arranged their schedules so I could be there. Wednesday, he didn’t show up. To be fair, my phone had been stolen that day. He said he had texted he was not able to make it. I did however email and he could have communicated there. Thursday. Same thing, arranged our schedule. Received a text he would not be be able to make it. Friday, I had taken off work to be there as well as given the nanny the day off. Absolutely the most professional contractors I've worked with. Always showed up when they said they would, kept me updated on the plan. When unexpected issues came up Ty brought it to my attention to discuss our options. Each day they cleaned up before leaving. Exterior painting looks amazing. Interior work is flawless and I appreciate the attention to detail. Updated face plates to complete the work which was delightful. I would not waste time with others who are not professional. I 100% recommend this company.

Finishing Touch did a beautiful job replacing the water damaged drywall in my bathroom. Tai was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process.
