This company uses predatory sales tactics with elderly customers. They would not give a quote for repair, only a quote for replacement. The unit was replaced. The techs worked until 9pm. There was a hole left open near the air handler. The hole was not there prior to replacement. The tech said they would be back the next day. After six calls we finally got a response almost two months later that they will not fix the hole. Dustin stated that it was there prior to replacement. He was never in the condo so he’s lying. This would have taken 20 minutes to fix. But once they were paid it was no longer their problem. I would not recommend this company. Having to come out of pocket for repairs is not customer service. This company could have done the right thing. Services: Installation, Install AC
