Scheduled a call to remove a drain clog with Integrity and from start to finish the service was flawless. Ryan was great, he explained the process step by step. He resolved our plumbing problem and left us with detailed information regarding additional steps should we choose to do so. I would not hesitate to use Integrity Home Solutions again in the future.

EDITED When you call Integrity they always say, "where the details matter." I have yet to figure out which details of my installation mattered. When I came home from a trip, my AC unit wasn't working. I called Integrity as a friend had used them previously. They showed up quickly and said the unit needed to be replaced. This wasn't a surprise as the existing unit was 15 years old. The person who came may have been a technician, but he turned quickly into a salesman who discouraged me from getting competitive quotes (shame on me for allowing this pressure to prevent me from doing this). They quoted me a price and added to that $900 to add an outlet for the condensation pump. I was told that the inspection wouldn't pass if the pump were hard-wired into the unit as the existing pump had been. I agreed to have this done. The electrician came first and was done in less than 30 minutes (highest hourly rate for an electrician I can imagine). Installers came later that day. The unit was alread
