Karl with a "k" Handyman&tree service

We see Karl's truck a lot as he does work for our neighbor on a regular basis. We used Karl to rebuild our carriage style garage doors. He used Trex composite decking material instead of wood, as the rain pouring down from our roof had caused our wood garage doors to rot in about five years. Probably due to the weight difference between the composite material and wood, the doors didn't close properly after he connected the doors to our automatic door opener. Karl had no experience with our brand of opener, so he went home and studied YouTube videos on how to adjust the opener. Karl came back the next morning and correctly adjusted the opener, so that the garage doors now open and close even better than they did before we replaced the old doors. Karl replaced the floor in my den with tile and did a fabulous job. He was meticulous, cleaned up after himself, and was a perfectionist about matching it up to my existing tile! Wonderful to work with!
