I don’t think I should have to hound someone to spend money. Got a quote for a replacement by just a drive by the guy never got out of his truck to inspect my roof. After that I needed a quote for just a leak. After numerous calls to his cell phone and the office answering service the older lady said JR will be there the next day — NO CALL NO SHOW! So unprofessional I guess they have become to big for the common people. I’ll spend my money where it’s needed and appreciated. I was trying to keep the spending power with the black community now I’m having second thoughts!!

I found both Reggie Jr. and Reggie Sr. both incredibly likable and personable upon meeting them. Reggie Jr. gave me an exceptionally fair quote so I hired them to replace my detached garage roof. If I could give a zero, I would. Showed up 2 dats later after we called for a free estimate. He then told us that he'll give us a call to come do the measurement and never showed up, and this was to determine a quote for the work to be performed. Called his cell numerous times to get a call back just to tell us he'll be by the next morning. Waited all day and still no call. This is unprofessional business and just rude.! We went with another company, and very pleased with the work and very good customer service provided.
