Dave's Plumbing

My daughter had an appliance service team come out to replace her washer and dryer, in the process they broke the washer line back in the wall. As a result, the water to her home had to be turned off. I contacted Dave's Plumbing just prior to their closing time and they very graciously sent a service repairman out to my daughter's home. He was able to go into the wall (minimal) to repair the line and get my daughter's water back on. He also made sure her appliance worked before he left. I cannot say enough about how professional and caring Dave's Plumbing and their team were in resolving this matter. Pre-covid I had used them and everything went well. I had a post-covid repair to replace a faucet in a bathroom. The plumber who came out got upset and said the repair was not what he was told and was upset with me and spent several minutes on the phone with his manager. He finally begrudgingly did the repair, but did not give me a bill and said it would be emailed to me. I had written down the exact time he was at my home. When I finally got the bill they charged me for an extra hour labor and their rates were almost double from the last time I had used them. When I called they said, 'oh that was for travel time.'
