I am a Realtor for 30 years and I often get calls from tenants that have issues and home repairs that pop up. I have dealt with many vendors to help my clients out with their home repairs. I decided to try the Mr. Handyman company and had an amazing experience. Starting with Julia that took my initial call. She was professional and immediately had an appt set up for the very next day and we had great communication thru out the process. I met Jason Brulator at the property, (he actually arrived early and waited for me). He was able to assess the issue and actually had everything he needed to handle the project on his FIRST visit! This is unheard of in my world, and I will now have a go to handyman service to call which helps me a lot. I do not get paid for property management, but I do help each and every one of my loyal clients (landlords) to get repairs done because most of them are out of state. You gotta love a handyman that shows up on time is responsive and cares about their customers. Jeffrey and his apprentice called first and then showed up on time. As we greeted them Jeffrey said first how are you Mr Garey? When he first gave my husband the estimate my husband was very ill and hospitalized that evening. They first tackled our Garage service door. It was totally rotted around the frame. They replaced the frame with a pre-painted (yayyyy I didn't want to paint it) plastic wood trim and sealed all around it. It looks like new! Then he started my project that required reversing the Laundry room door to open into my kitchen. There were two doors in my laundry room both opening into the room which took up most of the space. What I thought would be a simple job ended up taking hours but Jeffrey was determined to get the job done. I am very happy with both jobs and they even clean everything up.
