My initial conversation with Karl from Onshore was a great experience. I explained what was going on and he set up a date the same day and showed up on time as promised. The experience with this company was absolutely great. The roofers came and did what they were skilled to do. Anything that I had a question about was answered by Karl with ease. The big boss even came over to see how things were going and made sure I was satisfied with the progress. If you need any roofing repairs, replacements, etc. Do not hesitate to call Onsore. On Shore installed a roof for our home in the Florida Keys. The roof seems fine, but I later discovered they did not pull a permit. I spent weeks and weeks trying to get them to complete a permit. They did start the process, but never completed it. I am now having to hire a company to close out the permit. Service: Roof installation
