Called One Hour after seeing one of their trucks recently in the neighborhood. AC stopped running and I called the company I had done business with before but they couldn’t schedule me. Remembering the One Hour truck I had seen before I called them and the technician was at my house very quickly. David is possibly the most professional service tech I’ve dealt with in a very long time. He walked me through the issue, repaired it and gave some pointers how to get the best use of the system.
