Rating 0-10 - they are 10plus… after meeting with 7 other local roofers I put a spread sheet together. To compare; Best Value, heavy on details of all areas of construction, timelines, and attention to details, making things right no matter… the cost was the least of all I reviewed, initially planned on going with another roofer, made one more call - which led to expediting starting work, completed in just over 6 hours… I noticed my ridge vents were installed like they were when the took old roof off. I asked a day after they finished work if they could extend the 3 ridges to 1 ft from end of roof. No problem. Wow - they will be the number recommendations here in The Villages Florida for me ;)

Tim and his crew were the ultimate professionals! Tim responded quickly with my request for an estimate and gave us a very reasonable quote that we accepted. His crew arrived timely and got the job done. I was especially impressed with the care taken by his crew to make sure the area on the ground around the roof was free and clear of any nails or materials from the roof. I would highly recommend Tim and his crew.

They did a great job on our roof. We were given addresses so we could see finished work and select the perfect shingles to match our home. The job was done in one day with minimal disruption. They also did my sisters home, her neighbors and will be doing several of our neighbors in a few weeks.
