McGinnis Builders just replaced my roof. They were a pleasure to work with. Great communication and easy process. Melanie and Tyler were great. Roof was done in one day. One star for showing up on time and one for passing the "inspection" which consisted of the county man taking a quick walk around the house. -1 star for every pair of shoes I own having nail holes in them. -1 for the owner's son/foreman being totally disinterested in even speaking/listening to me during the job and -1 big one for breaking my water pipe, turning the water off to my house, and not telling me. Seriously, what a fiasco of a day. The garage had obvious wood rot that anyone could have seen when they did the estimate. I didn't get a chance to show him because, instead of calling on his way, like I asked, he called from the driveway and I missed him. They did show up almost on time. When the son showed up later, he wouldn't have even spoken to me if I hadn't gone over and talked to him. They unloaded materials and no wood for the garage and left. Tim and his crew are simply "The best in the business. Spoke with Tim on Monday and had a beautiful new roof by noon on Friday. Workmanship is excellent and done with high quality materials.
