We needed some remodeling work done on our house. After we researched a number of companies we decided to call Total Home Care of SCC, LLC. I spoke to Sara who set up a time for the owner himself, Joe Vladyka, to give us an estimate of the work we needed. Joe Vladyka showed up 10 mins earlier than our scheduled time to give us a very reasonable estimate on crown molding, painting inside and out, and installing vinyl plank flooring in the main part of our house. We got 3 estimates and Joe's was right in the middle of them, and after seeing an A+ on BBB, we decided this was the company, not to mention we were impressed with Joe himself, as he is very concerned about his reputation, and word of mouth and, even asked us to spread the word to our neighbors, that he was in the area. As you can see in the photos, they are licensed, insured, and bonded, right on his trucks and his business cards. He even showed us his business license when we requested it.
