I would give 10 stars if I could. When my AC broke Neil was recommended to fix my unit. He came promptly and examined the situation and let me know that I needed to get a new unit (mine was super old). Between the south Florida heat and the fact that this was my first AC purchase, I was super nervous about purchasing a new unit. Neil could tell that I was and he reassured me every step of the way. Ronald and Craig were both great when they installed my unit. They keep your home clean throughout the process and they woke quickly. They walked me through everything and ensured the unit was full functioning before they left. I can’t thank them enough for their high quality service and attention to detail. Oh and the receptionist is super nice! A+ team!!!

Very impressed with the amazing customer service of Ultracool. I had an issue that took a few times to resolve and Ultracool communicated extremely well. Each time they had someone come out same day to resolve the issue. This is a top tier company that knows the value of keeping a customer. You feel nothing but important when working with them.
