I am so grateful to have booked an on line appointment for Monday. To my surprise I received a phone call asking if I wanted someone to come out to help in a couple of hours. I was stunned. A portable air conditioner was brought over so we could sleep. "The guys" are here putting the unit back together. I never would have expected such service so fast. Bailey Prince ???? I put an appointment request in this morning for 9-11am. I received a phone call maybe 5 minutes later confirming and getting more details. I received another around 9:30 confirming again and to let me know to give tech a couple hours and they will call en route. Got the call at 10:18 and it was Bailey. He left me with a work up of different options for my landlord and I didn't have to pay for him to come out. I was expecting to. I highly recommend And Services as this was my 1st time calling, the professionalism is outstanding and I will definitely spread the word!

Absolutely amazing people! Everyone was so helpful. Totally ran into Jessica by chance... so sweet! She told me what they could offer and Absolutely made it work. Our AC went out and we have a service contract with a different group... to much red tape for this weather so I made an executive decision and I am sooo glad I did! We have now cooled off and our fur baby is extremely happy!!! If you are having AC issues... PLEASE give them a call. The installers were very professional and worked hard... AND they cleaned up behind themselves!!!
