The manager came over after hours due to us having a contract. They made sure that we knew the difference between replacement and repair. We chose to get a new unit and they were professional and very helpful. Service: Install AC

Giving two stars due to everyone being nice over the phone when we called. After the first call on a Wednesday morning we were told that someone would be out that day or early the next morning for a free estimate so we took off of work. We did receive a call Thursday morning from a technician to get more information and after finding out we were in search of a leak in our HAVC system he said he didn't have the tools to perform the job properly and he would send our case over to a technician named Chris. He went on to state that Chris would be able to do any repairs needed, if a repair was possible, and it would still be a no charge estimate for them come assess our system. He said Chris would be contacting us later that day or first thing in the morning so we took off work again. We never heard anything back Thursday so I called early Friday morning to check on the status. The gentleman who answered said that we were on the schedule and someone would be calling us soon. By late Friday

Marcus with And Services came out today to diagnose and repair our unit. Marcus worked with our scheduled to allow us to be home and answered all of our questions, was thorough and made sure that all vents were blowing cold air as anticipated.
