Even tho I rely on these types of reviews, I rarely post one myself. But Justin deserves a review! Today was the second time we've had him out - 1st time fridge, 2nd time dryer - and we were just as impressed the 2nd time as the first. He is extremely knowledgeable, quick, and thorough. We've found him to be trustworthy and love that he communicates the issue and resolution clearly and provides pictures as he works. Top notch!

I had the most amazing experience with Justin. He came out and fixed my washer, but when it broke again two weeks later he was very honest about that root cause being something much larger and was upfront that buying a new washer might be the better option. He then refunded me the cost of the initial repair!! Finally, he gave me guidance on selecting a new washer and has offered to help more as needed with selection. I literally can’t recommend this company enough- I will never use a different appliance repair company.
