Very professional. Arrive on-time, listen carefully, and approach all problems thoughtfully. Explain options very clearly, and present multiple options. Patiently handle all questions. Trustworthy. We had in-person contact with two staff, Matthew and Joshua, both of whom were excellent. Joshua has been especially attentive to helping us think through our options and come up with a good long-term solution.

Short story: Call Cooper’s! The rest of the story: I’m grateful for Cooper’s. It was north of 90 degrees upstairs in our home because our AC unit was struck by lightning. They came out within 2 hours! Installed window units to make our home cool while we waited for the new unit to be installed. Many financing options to help such a large unexpected expense to be manageable. They would not leave my family without a cooled home. I’m grateful to Tony and the entire team at Cooper’s! I am so thankful for Cooper’s Plumbing & Air! Though they were very busy, they managed to get me on their schedule immediately and I received updates throughout the whole process. I don’t no where to start about Scott! He did an amazing job. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and knew just what the A/C unit needed. Scott went above and beyond to help me and my family. Awesome job Scott!
