Took them a few days to get to my job but still tagged it as "urgent" and charged, in my estimate, about a 25-30 surcharge.
Dee, Rob, and the two technicians (I think Zack and Trey?)were all super amazing with helping me figure out what was going on with my electricity. Special shout out to Dee for all the phone calls she made throughout the process, answering all my questions, and making sure I was well informed and had a great customer experience!
Fraser came out right away to check a potential problem with my panel. The technician was on time, professional and efficient. He also took time to explain the issue to me and left everything back where he found it. I really appreciate their quality service.
