Took them a few days to get to my job but still tagged it as "urgent" and charged, in my estimate, about a 25-30 surcharge.
We had our air conditioning go out and hoped it was an electrical issue. Turns out that it's an HVAC problem and Fraser couldn't fix it, but it wasn't their fault. While the tech was here he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and he took the time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond the normal call of duty and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
This company is phenomenal. The technician was professional, courteous and a subject matter expert. I had another company come out about 18 months ago for the same issues and they did not explain, repair and replace like this company. We will definitely use this company in the future.
