KCW Water Well Service

I don't often do these reviews often, but put in the effort and do so in order to highlight those businesses who really strive hard or their customers. When I first bought this property KCW Well Service came out to install a new pump and filtration system. They are always timely, professional and do excellent work for a very reasonable price. This evening (Sunday)I had pump issues and Eric Scribner was dispatched to address the issue. He and I saw that ants had moved into the pressure switch and fouled the connectors. In a timely fashion Eric replaced the switch, adjusted for adequate pressure and was finished in approximately 30 minutes. Thank you Eric and all those behind the scenes for having our pump back up and running in no time flat. I would highly recommend KCW for any and all of your pump/well needs.

Prompt and professional Pleasant Got our well going in less than 45 minutes from the time he got out of his truck until he got back in it to leave.

After a 2 min phone call and a walk through of what I could check on my own (since it was after hours), I managed to get my water back on myself with their help. Bonus: I am a woman, but the man on the phone assumed I was capable of trying some fixes myself. That never happens. 10/10 service. Will definitely call back again with any needs we have.
