At first it seemed like they were going to be great to work with. We were coming out of a bad time emotionally; my husband was very stressed at a job that he was a few months away from retirement, and we asked them to be patient with us, and they were. Points for that. We agreed that we would take our valuables out of the house, so we would be responsible for that, and Recon would pack up everything else for our mold remediation. Unfortunately, their packout crew was horrible. Their packout crew disassembled my Legos, put things that belong with each other in random boxes, and we are still uncovering broken items, including some of my husband's models in a room that wasn't supposed to be touched. (Technically, that room was used for overflow packing, since two PODS were not enough space. But we expected some level of caution taken with placing boxes, etc. Some boxes were pushed too close to the models, and one of my husband's model tanks is now trash.)
